13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Noler.com are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Before starting a formal claim, you must first contact [email protected] and give us up to 30 days to try to resolve the matter in good faith. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, the dispute may be brought only before the Small Claims Tribunals of Singapore, to the extent that tribunal has jurisdiction over the claim.
