These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Noler.com are governed by the laws of Singapore.

If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, the dispute may be brought only before the Small Claims Tribunals of Singapore, to the extent that tribunal has jurisdiction over the claim.
